Working as Business analyst you will work in our teams helping customers to navigate through challenges. We are looking for candidates from junior to mid level, so don’t hesitate to apply!

Responsibilities

• Analyzing business processes and looking for ways to make them more efficient 
• Facilitating meetings and workshops across different involved parties, encouraging goal-oriented discussions in a constructive way 
• Documenting, specifying and visualizing requirements and business processes (BPMN diagrams, User Stories, Use Cases) 
• Presenting and aligning requirements with business, architects, IT teams 
• Working closely with the Product Owner leading the overall product strategy to prioritize and plan the roadmap 
• Serving as a liaison between business units and technical team 
• Ensuring IT solutions meet business needs and requirements 
  
  
  

Requirements

• Approximately 1.5 years of experience in similar roles such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Manager
• Experience working with tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Hands-on experience collaborating closely with development teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English would be a significant advantage
• It should be a proactive, communicative individual who can adapt to a dynamic environment and diverse projects.

SALARY RANGES: 2000 – 2600 EUR gross
