About You

We are looking for a Conversation Lead who is passionate about website optimization, lead conversion, and digital growth. In this role, you will own our website strategy and ensure that it becomes a high-performing acquisition and conversion channel. Your focus will be on continuously improving the user journey, optimizing traffic, and driving lead generation for both product-led and sales-led growth.

What’s the Role?

As a Conversation Lead, you will be responsible for optimizing our website’s performance to increase engagement, improve conversion rates, and drive business growth. You will work closely with Growth, Product, and Sales teams to ensure our website aligns with strategic goals and provides the best user experience for potential customers.

Your mission will be to analyze website traffic, experiment with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques, and implement data-driven changes that enhance the customer journey and boost conversion rates.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the website strategy, ensuring it supports both product-led and sales-led growth.
  • Continuously analyze traffic data to identify opportunities for optimization and lead conversion.
  • Optimize the user journey, from landing pages to sign-up flows, to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with  Product and Sales teams to align website initiatives with business goals.
  • Run A/B tests and other experimentation techniques to enhance website performance
  • Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and maximize inbound leads.
  • Leverage data and analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven improvements.
  • Identify and explore new website features or improvements that can enhance the overall digital experience.

What’s Your Ideal Background?

  • Experience in website optimization, CRO, and lead generation
  • Strong understanding of user behavior, UX/UI principles, and website performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, A/B testing tools, and other web tracking technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, paid media, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Growth, Product, and Sales teams
  • A data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and experimentation.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
