Project Specialists HR (Freelance)

We are looking for experienced Project Specialists to support an HR transformation initiative, focusing on compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will have a background in variable pay, benefits, or compensation management, along with hands-on experience using ServiceNow and SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities:

• Understand global HR processes and familiarize yourself with global templates and decisions to support end-to-end solution design.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze local requirements and identify legal, fiscal, and regulatory needs that must be incorporated into the global design.
• Advise on solutions to local business requirements and ensure alignment with compliance needs.
• Lead preparation and content creation for fit-to-standard workshops and local design validation sessions for each country.
• Prepare impact analyses for change requests.

Requirements:

• Experience working with HR processes, preferably in Total Rewards, with knowledge of key considerations for HR process transformation.
• Previous experience with transformation projects involving complex requirements.
• Advisory experience in defining solutions for business requirements in a global HR transformation context.
• Ability to work independently in a complex and evolving environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to develop content for local design discussions.
• Ability to collaborate across workstreams to ensure project progress.
• Hands-on experience with GlobalView and SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Experience working with ServiceNow is mandatory.
