Bokadirekt’s Data & Analytics team is a new team that was created in 2023 and that now plays a vital strategic role in the company. We believe that translating data into insights is key for reaching business goals.

Role summary

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Data & Analytics (D&A) team and be the D&A partner for the CPO organisation (which includes 3 product teams: Marketplace, SaaS, Payments). The Product Analyst will report to Stephanie Cabrera, Head of Data & Analytics, and work closely with the CPO, Charlotta Selin, as well as all the PMs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Data Analysis and in ensuring that the organisation has access to a reliable source of truth and act based on decision intelligence. 

The candidate will also play an active role in product development: helping Product with ideation, business cases, opportunity backlog sizing, prioritisation, testing, experimentation, iterations and post mortems. This role is pivotal in promoting a data-informed culture in the CPO team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Product teams with actionable insights
• Lead experimentation initiatives
• Promote a data-informed culture in the Product team
• Create a reliable and documented source of truth for company KPIs 
• Create BI reports to follow up on main company KPIs (Looker)
• Maintain and develop our front-end events’ BI tool (Amplitude)
• Collaborate with the rest of the D&A team to build customer-facing products (ex: recommendations, forecasts...) or data products (predictions, segmentations, NLP models…)

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Physics or related field 
• Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Data Analyst in a tech-oriented business environment
• Very good proficiency in SQL
• Good understanding of experimentation techniques
• Understanding of user-driven development and product lifecycle management
• Very good communication with stakeholders
• Fluency in English
• Experience with BigQuery, Looker Studio and Amplitude is a plus, but not a requirement
