Role Overview:

Our Client is expanding their Professional Services team and looking for Technical Services Project Managers. You'll guide clients, partners, and teams through complex projects using both management and technical skills. If you're organized, a strong communicator, and passionate about customer success, this role might be for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical projects from start to finish.
• Create and manage project plans and timelines.
• Ensure resources meet project and budget goals.
• Provide updates to stakeholders throughout the project.
• Resolve project issues and set clear expectations.
• Develop and maintain project methodologies.
• Build relationships with customers and partners.
• Identify opportunities for additional customer needs.
• Stay updated on our products and industry practices.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in project management or service delivery management; PMP preferred.
• Experience leading complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Background with a software vendor or in SaaS is a plus.
• Knowledge of big data technologies and a drive to learn.
• Excellent communication skills.
• BA/BS in computer science or related field preferred.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working independently.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
