🎯 What You’ll Do

• Analyzing and following long and short term growth strategies with AARRR metrics in mind
• Developing actionable recommendations by data analysis for product, content, and growth teams
• Track KPI’s and produce channel-specific reports
• Working in close relation with executive teams to achieve company objectives

✨ Desired Skills and Experience

• Having a BS/MS degree in Computer, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, MIS, Statistics or Economics
• Min. 3 years experience in data analysis or business intelligence role
• A real passion for growth and a strong emphasis on optimization and A/B testing
• Proficiency in BI tools and SQL
• Proficiency with 1+ programming languages (e.g., R or Python)
• Experience preferred in mobile application growth
• Familiarity with AWS Technologies
