Business Analyst/ Test Manager up to $5.8K (MNC/ BANK)

The Opportunity

• 12 months contract with a leading bank in SG looking for Business Analyst with Test Manager/Product Owner experience

The Job

Product Owner role

1. Work with product owners to document user stories for system enhancement changes.

2. Review, groom user stories.

3. Document acceptance criteria for user stories for product owners sign-off.

4. Participate in workshops / discussions and review BSD.

Test Manager role

1. Assist product owner / UAT lead to prepare Test Strategy and Test Plan.

2. Identify potential issues and risks and gap.

3. Assist UAT lead to run testing kick-off and regular cadence meeting.

4. Review test scenarios and cases with key product owners to meet requirements and expectations.

5. Document acceptance criteria for product owners sign-off.

6. Coordinating with upstream/downstream teams to facilitate testing.

7. Actively manage UAT progress and issues within project timelines and to update business team and key stakeholders. Create, maintain and facilitate UAT status using JIRA dashboard for status updating.

8. Maintain JIRA dashboard during testing execution and ensure traceability among test case, user story, and defects.

9. Liaise with technology teams on system solutions, UAT delivery timeline, UAT environment readiness and test data creation.

10. Defect Management

a) Actively track UAT defect pool to ensure timely closure.

b) Analyse and summarize outstanding defects on a need basis.

c) Productively drive daily defect triage meeting for proper defect assessment and final resolution or fixes.

11. Reporting - Daily reporting to ensure UAT progression is on track, summarize includes.

Requirement: 2 - 3 years of UAT Management/ Business Analyst experience in Financial Institutions
