Project Management Consultant

Job Summary:

Software Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within scope, budget, and timeline while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams.

Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Team Leadership

• Lead and motivate project teams to meet project objectives.
• Assign tasks and manage resources effectively.
• Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members.

Risk and Issue Management

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Resolve project issues promptly to minimize impact on deliverables.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
• Conduct project evaluations and create detailed reports for stakeholders.

Process Improvement

• Continuously review and enhance project management processes.
• Recommend tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in software project management.
• Proven experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
• Arabic Speaker

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing Enterprise architecture office set up projects.
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and software architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
