🚀 We're Hiring: Scrum Master – IT Continuity & Service Resilience (Belgium)

Are you an experienced Scrum Master passionate about Agile delivery, IT resilience, and coaching high-performing teams? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our client's IT Production organization and lead two Agile squads focused on IT Continuity and Service Availability & Resilience.

📍 Location

Belgium (Hybrid – 50% onsite / 50% remote)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews & Retrospectives)

✔ Coach Agile teams and promote continuous improvement

✔ Support Product Backlog management and prioritization

✔ Remove impediments and enable high-performing teams

✔ Track Agile metrics (capacity, velocity, sprint progress)

✔ Collaborate with stakeholders and drive Agile best practices

✔ Support IT Continuity and Service Resilience initiatives

✅ What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile & Kanban
• Experience with Rally or similar Agile tools
• Good understanding of IT Infrastructure
• Experience with IT Continuity and Disaster Recovery (DR); knowledge of DORA is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English and French or Dutch
• Master's degree in IT or a related field is preferred
