Reporting to: Head of Analytics & Insight Manager Southern Europe

Job Purpose:

Support the Analytics & Insight Department with data analysis, report production, forecasting, and management of data across the Data & Insight function.

Your Tasks:

• Gather information via SQL from dataset
• Build and maintain Power BI reports or Excel files for all business functions
• Analyze reports by understanding the key drivers and provide useful insights
• Provide ad hoc analyzes on request of the various business functions and the senior management team
• Help the team in automating reports and analysis
• Standardize the reports in Southern Europe and subsequently throughout Odeon Cinemas Group
• Work in the continuous development of reports and analyzes helping the growth of the business

Your profile:

• Highly analytical, with experience in a similar role
• Strong ability to work with large datasets, with demonstrable experience in both Excel and Power BI
• Knowledge of SQL
• Ability to visualize data, with experience in Power Point and Power BI
• Ability to work closely and communicate well with an international team
• Naturally curious, with a desire to understand drivers of performance
• Autonomous, organized and able to deliver to deadlines
• Change oriented, adaptable, and able to modify the style in order to reach goals and to maintain effectiveness within changing environments
• Action orientation, able to use initiative and shows a tendency to act swift and effectively to solve problems and improve operational performance
