GTM Data & Performance Analyst

Our client is looking for a commercially minded GTM Data & Performance Analyst to help shape how their Go-To-Market teams make decisions, improve partner performance, and unlock growth opportunities.

This is a newly created role where you'll work at the intersection of data, strategy, sales, and commercial performance. You'll build impactful dashboards, uncover actionable insights, influence decision-making, and measure the effectiveness of exciting AI and automation initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and enhance dashboards, reporting, and visualisations using Power BI
• Use SQL to analyse large datasets and uncover commercial insights
• Deliver partner performance analysis and GTM reporting
• Identify growth opportunities, risks, and performance trends
• Support projects across pricing, sales effectiveness, account management, and revenue optimisation
• Measure the impact of AI, automation, and new technology initiatives
• Partner with Sales, RevOps, BI, Data Science, Product, and Finance teams to drive smarter decisions

What We're Looking For

• 2–4+ years' experience in a commercial analytics role
• Strong SQL and dashboarding experience
• Power BI expertise (Tableau considered if you're keen to transition)
• A commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into recommendations
• Experience within eCommerce, marketplaces, SaaS, consumer services, retail, travel, or hospitality
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable working with imperfect datasets
• Marketplace or multi-country business exposure
• Experience supporting sales or GTM teams
• Pricing, revenue, or performance analysis experience

💰 €50,000–€60,000 base salary + bonus
