Job Title: Website Design & CRO Specialist

Position Description:

Are you an experienced UI/UX design expert with CRO skills and a passion for creating visually stunning and conversion-optimized designs? Join our client's team, a leading innovator in the e-commerce and grooming industry, as a Website Design & CRO Specialist. This full-time role offers you the opportunity to drive impactful results by improving website performance, crafting high-converting landing pages, and optimizing the customer journey.

About the Company:

Our client is revolutionizing the men’s hair and beard industry with innovative, safer, and simpler solutions. With a mission to provide high-quality grooming products directly to customers, they are poised to redefine the market landscape.

Availability:

• Full-time (40 hours per week).
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Central Time).
• 1 paid hour for lunch break (Flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the website's sales performance by running A/B tests and optimizing revenue per session.
• Design high-converting website mockups for new and existing landing pages.
• Manage test pipelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and tests are run consistently.
• Collaborate with developers for seamless design implementation.
• Oversee the Amazon storefront and optimize product pages to enhance CVR and AOV.
• Support product design efforts, including branding updates and packaging design.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years of professional website design experience, preferably in e-commerce or consumer products with a focus on mobile-first designs.
• Proven track record in designing landing pages and conducting A/B tests for improved conversion rates.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify and their customization capabilities.
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, heat maps, session recordings) for user behavior insights.
• Ability to balance aesthetics with conversion optimization in designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in product and packaging design.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) for effective collaboration with developers.

Language Requirements:

• C2+ level of English proficiency.

Compensation:

• Monthly salary of $2500-3200 commensurate with experience and skills.
• Salary paid weekly in USD or Local Currency according to your preference.
