About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Project Manager to lead the end-to-end commissioning of mission-critical electrical and mechanical systems. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring technical excellence, managing high-performing teams, and driving commissioning processes to completion.

As part of our quality & commissioning team, you will work closely with global stakeholders, vendors, and contractors, ensuring that all systems are operationally ready, safe, and optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commissioning of assigned systems and packages.
• Manage the commissioning tagging process to ensure iterative system completion.
• Serve as the point of contact (POC) for all commissioning activities within your scope.
• Align activities with safety plans (PTW, SSOW, LOTO systems, etc.).
• Drive quality planning and execution to minimize rework and ensure compliance.
• Work with vendors, contractors, and engineering teams to optimize commissioning processes.
• Develop and manage commissioning packages, test scripts, reports, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Conduct walkdowns, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee energization programs, load bank planning, and equipment startup procedures.
• Provide technical leadership and proactively identify and resolve challenges.

Key Skills & Experience

✅ 5+ years of direct MEP commissioning/management experience (Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering preferred).

✅ 10+ years in electrical and mechanical systems commissioning from planning to execution.

✅ Strong background in data center MEP systems and vendor/contractor commissioning.

✅ Expertise in power distribution, UPS, switchgear, transformers, SCADA, and protection systems.

✅ Ability to read and interpret technical submittals, P&IDs, and SLDs.

✅ Strong problem-solving and leadership skills, with experience managing teams in high-performance environments.

✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

✅ Proficiency in planning software and project management tools.
