Android Developer

TXT e-Tech, part of TXT Group, is looking for an Android Developer who will be involved into the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse Android devices.

Your primary focus will be the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working along-side other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.

Main responsibilities:

Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code - Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code;
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application;
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs;
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatisation.

Required skills:

Knowledge of the Kotlin or KMM language;
Knowledge of Android Studio and familiarity with related SDKs;
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and javascript;
Knowledge of Firebase tools;
Familiarity with using component libraries, such as Material Ui or similar;
Knowledge of the MVVM development pattern;
Experience using version control tools such as Git;
Good knowledge of English.

Optional Skills

Knowledge of the Swift language and Swift UI component library;
Knowledge of the Xcode environment;
Experience in IoS native application development;
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Proactivity, problem solving skills and the ability to work in a team complete the profile.
