Senior Software Engineer - Go

We are looking for a Senior Go Engineer (Tech Lead) to join our dynamic team.

What you'll do:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance APIs and services;
• Identifying and solving complex technical challenges creatively and effectively;
• Providing technical leadership and fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture;
• Offering mentorship and support to team members to enhance their technical growth;
• Monitoring and optimizing key performance metrics for system efficiency and reliability.

What you will need to bring:

• Experience leading a team of engineers;
• 5+ years of experience designing and building highly scalable and available systems, with most of it in Go;
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code;
• Quality and documentation are not an afterthought for you—they’re part of your workflow;
• Strong communicator and fluent in English.
