DevOps Engineer

Syone is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join one of our best clients.

Main tasks:

• Development and maintenance of DevOps / Infrastructure for internal platform modules, components and utilities
• Responsible for the SDLC pipeline, working on CI/CD improvements, including data migration from one tool to another
• Work on application infrastructure configuration automation
• Support the application landscape: hardware (virtual / bare metal) and network troubleshooting, in close collaboration with Production Support teams
• Work with global engineering, business and support teams to deliver better platforms and services to clients

Technical skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in SRE/DevOps
• SDLC toolset: git, TeamCity, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Artifactory
• Linux/UNIX, operating systems fundamentals, TCP/IP stack
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and team collaboration
• Enterprise monitoring and observability tools: ITRS Geneos, Prometheus, Grafana

Languages / Technologies:

• English (mandatory)
• Python ➔ Expert
• Bash ➔ Expert
• Java/C#/C++ ➔ Basic knowledge
• Ansible, Puppet ➔ Practical experience
• Docker, Kubernetes, Helm ➔ Practical experience
