We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our clients team who is one of the largest service providers in the are of IoT solutions. Focus of the clients work is on providing the best solutions which are aimed on improving the operational efficiency of the supply chain.

In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing employee data, keeping company policies up-to-date, and assisting in the hiring process.

Your exceptional organizational skills and familiarity with HR functions will contribute to the smooth running of all HR operations.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and promoting effective communication within the organization.

Your attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be essential in this role.

Furthermore, apart form the usual HR Duties, you will also have assist on other more administrative topics and will have an opportunity to work directly with the HR Manager of the company.

This role would be ideal for those who already have around 1-2 years of HR experience, as well as for those who have administrative experience but are looking to get into the HR field.

Fluent knowledge of both German and English is mandatory.
