We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Front-End Developer with great technical skills to join our rapidly expanding operation. Stack: JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, Material-UI, GraphQL, Strapi, Vercel.

The successful candidate will be exceptionally well organized and have strong technical and communication skills matched with a desire to deliver effective results promptly. If you excel at technical development skills and have strong managerial skills, you might be the one we are looking for. 

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the front-end development team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality web and mobile applications;
• Support an existing web-based application that’s home to tens of thousands of users a day;
• Develop new web-based applications that are going to change the consumer-facing world;
• Create features to support layers of multidimensional personalization, A/B experimentation;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers, to deliver user-friendly applications;
• Work closely with the team to contribute to a headless CMS build to support content and marketing needs;
• Contribute to project planning, estimation, and resource allocation for front-end development tasks;
• Seek to improve web app performance;
• Be an active part of a strong culture based on ambition, collaboration, and trust.

Requirements

• High proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, Material-UI, GraphQL;
• Think of yourself as a technical wizard; Hold yourself and your partners to a high standard of accountability;
• Be able to create strong working relationships with stakeholders;
• Strong understanding of onboarding processes, user area functionalities, and application architecture;
• Experience with modern deployment and hosting platforms such as Vercel;
• Familiarity with headless CMS (ideally Strapi);
• Demonstrate analytical and conceptual thought while developing a structured project plan;
• Previous experience leading or managing a front-end development team would be considered an advantage.

Financial remuneration

The salary range is from 3200 up to 7000 Eur Gross per month

The salary for this position varies depending on the type of employment arrangement chosen by the candidate. We offer flexibility with both standard full-time employment and contractual options, and the salary range may adjust accordingly. The compensation details for each arrangement will be discussed during the interview process.
