Senior Manager/Assistant Director, Project Management

A leading organization driving innovation and excellence in public healthcare infrastructure and services is seeking a senior project manager to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

You will be a Team Lead managing a small team, and overseeing the development and execution of healthcare infrastructure projects. Main responsibilities include ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with multiple authorities to meet regulatory requirements, manage the project approval process, and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted on schedule. Additionally, you will develop domain expertise and technical knowledge to enhance the successful implementation of these projects.

Requirements

You are a motivated individual with a minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably with a background in engineering or quantity surveying. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction, or a related field is required. Prior experience in the healthcare sector is strongly recommended. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential to succeed in this role.
