A summary of your responsibilities:

• Contribute to development and execution of marketing strategy.
• Conduct market research to understand target audiences, competitor landscape, industry trends and campaigns’ effectiveness.
• Create and deliver marketing campaigns & events, including idea concept and content, across various channels to address current business needs effectively, in collaboration with marketing partners.
• Ability to monitor and report campaign KPIs and making, suggesting data-driven adjustments for improvement.
• Maintain, update, and ensure the Centric web page (B2B) are up-to-date, informative, and representative.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaign budgets, and track and analyze performance using marketing analytics tools.
• Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
  
  
  

What You Bring To The Team

• 2-3+ years of experience in marketing, B2B.
• Experience in expanding markets or launching new services/products.
• Teamwork skills
• Hands on digital marketing experience.
• Good project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (Lithuanian and English, German is a plus).
• Proactivity, positivity, strong motivation, and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working in IT companies would be an advantage.

The salary for this position starts from €2600 to €3100 gross per month, depending on the knowledge and experience.
