Role Overview

Working as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class candidate & hiring manager experience. You will have ownership of the Talent Acquisition coordination of recruitment activities, including job posting, internal recruitment management, interview scheduling, offers creation, contract creation & employer branding events.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for the full life cycle recruitment process for each requisition opened in his area, including:
  • Ensure timely and effective communications between candidates and hiring team;
  • Screen, assess, and evaluate internal candidates who have applied via online job postings and present qualified candidate slate to Hiring team. Candidate slate representation should meet Diversity requirements established by the function;
  • Manage the feedback process to determine next step actions in process. Manage with the attempt to achieve/build consensus, with Manager oversight when needed;
  • With guidance from TA Representative, will develop the ability to effectively communicate PepsiCo’s compelling employment proposition by presenting candidates with information related to: PepsiCo’s culture, leadership model, function-specific career path model and the Possibilities employment brand. This will enable candidates to fully embrace the opportunity and truly comprehend the longer-term career and earning potential;
  • Case resolving via shared mailbox and ticketing service;
  • Administer online and psychometric tests for candidates;
  • Requisition creation for Europe Sector and Global recruitment, with possibility to hire in the UK;
  • Offer Management for Europe Sector and Global recruitment, when successful candidate is hired in the UK;
  • Validate and properly manage Right to Work checks, with the evolving regulation related to the UK;
  • Responsible for overlooking the UK Campus recruitment coordination activities;
  • Provide support in driving change and improvements to the team and the function;
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers, HR partner, and TA Operations in order to foster partnerships that yield consistent on-going communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes in order to build TA function credibility;
  • Participate in departmental project work focused on delivering operational efficiencies and process/system innovations to drive the Talent Acquisition function forward;
  • Ensure all processes, including those of less senior team members, are administered accurately and in a timely manner;
  • Provide back-up coverage to peers across the Talent Acquisition Operations team.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of relevant professional experience as a Talent Acquisition or HR Coordinator;
  • Relevant university degree would be an asset;
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
  • Applicant Tracking System experience, i.e. iCims;
  • Some exposure/experience with social media (i.e. LinkedIn);
  • Customer focused, adaptable, has strong follow up and organizational skills;
  • Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organization;
  • A collaborative team player with a strong “to do” attitude;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Able to drive change for themselves and for less senior team members;
  • Multi-market / multi-functional professional exposure;
  • Must appreciate the need to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times.
