We’re seeking a skilled designer with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for creating both beautiful and functional designs. You thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt quickly to new challenges, and use your strategic and creative thinking to deliver design solutions that meet both guest and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and adapt design materials across all channels for Strawberry and its five hotel brands: Clarion Hotel, Comfort Hotel, Home Hotel, Quality Hotel and Stopover.
- Collaborate with brand & marketing team, developers, content creators, and e-commerce specialists to create impactful and engaging design solutions.
- Design for a wide range of platforms, with a special focus on social media (both video and stills), digital campaigns, internal presentations, and print materials for hotels.
- Play a key role in differentiating our hotel brands through design, aligning with their unique brand positions while driving visual impact.
- Provide graphic and creative support to our hotels and different departments, ensuring high-quality design solutions that align with brand guidelines.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while introducing creative and innovative design ideas.
- Education in graphic design and strong conceptual thinking skills.
- You take pride in being a doer and a master of your craft, with a hands-on, innovative, and solution-oriented mentality.
- You can prioritize tasks, manage workloads effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- You have experience working across multiple brands simultaneously, ensuring consistency while adapting to different visual identities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) – familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Strong sense of typography, layout, composition, and concept development.
- Experience in digital design, including web, video & photo editing, and illustration.
- Ability to craft engaging storytelling through design.
- Experience with basic video production for social media and photography.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience coordinating or leading design projects in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to maintain and evolve brand identity across all design solutions.
- High work capacity, strong execution skills, and a structured approach to delivering impactful designs.
