Project Manager (TECH MNC/ Operations and Process Improvement)

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering our client, one of the world's largest Tech Firm
• We are looking for a Project Manager
• The role will start out as a contract
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, working with multiple team members.
• PMP certification or Six Sigma Black Belt certification will be a huge plus.
• Exposure to root cause analysis methodologies in a customer service organization or business operations.
• Strong experience with driving continuous improvement.
• Strong skills in process flow documentation and literature.
• ISO certification will be an advantage.

Job Description

• Lead lean action workout sessions with process stakeholders, collaborating with stakeholders to identify gaps, brainstorm solutions, and implement impactful action plans .
• Conduct insightful process benchmarking exercises, setting new standards of excellence and driving continuous improvement.
• Collect metrics and leverage data-driven insights to establish performance baselines, monitor performance, and identify and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Bridge the gap between functional and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing productivity, by creating "to-be" target process maps and functional designs to improve team productivity.
• Lead transformative large-scale projects to improve project delivery throughput, enhance process capability, and reduce cycle time
• Collaborate directly with internal process owners, Team Leads, and project teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and achieve outstanding results.
