Position Summary

We are looking for a Unity Team Leader to join us and be part of a game team to develop and maintain the game's client codebase & features and help provide top-level entertainment to our players.

Key Responsibility

• Lead and mentor the engineering team, supporting professional growth and team performance.
• Conduct regular 1:1s to ensure engagement, satisfaction, and alignment on goals.
• Actively code (hands-on) while managing team deliverables and deadlines.
• Code Reviews.
• Drive accountability in estimations and timelines for deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with production, leading standups and resolving issues.
• Assign tasks suited to engineers’ skills, ensuring optimal team utilization.
• Develop, test, and improve our codebase and features, following quality standards.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in unity (C#) development. .
• 1+ years management experience.
• Experience in mobile application design and development, including native Android/iOS platforms.
• Being able to lead while doing hands on coding.
• Strong knowledge of SOLID, OOP principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Agile methodology and working in sprints.
• Experience in backend development – Advantage (PHP is a big advantage).
• Experience in cross-platform software architecture – Advantage
