Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and experienced Project Management Consultants to oversee the automation of production lines for our clients. If you are passionate about industrial project management and have a solid understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies, this role is perfect for you. As a Project Management Consultant at Amaris Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and efficiency in production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects within established deadlines and budget constraints.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Oversee project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential project risks while proposing actionable solutions.
• Implement and integrate cutting-edge Industry 4.0 technologies to optimize production automation.
• Deliver detailed project reports, monitor progress, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  
  

Your Profile

• A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing complex industrial projects, ideally in the context of Industry 4.0.
• Solid understanding of smart manufacturing technologies and automation processes.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and excellence in project execution.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, or English is an asset, depending on project requirements.
