Software Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager development. Your primary mission will be to manage one or more product or solution development projects, ensuring coordination among various teams and guaranteeing adherence to deadlines and budgets.

You will be responsible for project planning, execution, and closure while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. Your adaptability will allow you to work seamlessly with all project actors, streamlining communication and facilitating decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee software development projects.
• Define objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Conduct preliminary analyses and prepare associated documentation and reports.
• Manage resources and project budgets effectively.
• Design and lead project planning workshops.
• Drive change management and ensure efficient communication among technical teams, clients, and other stakeholders.

Software Development:

• Participate in technical design and detailed project specifications.
• Contribute to architecture definition and the development of software solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Organize code reviews and testing processes.

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Track project progress, resolve issues, and manage risks with mitigation plans.
• Prepare regular reports on project status.
• Propose improvements to optimize processes and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Competencies:

• Proficiency with project management frameworks and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Trello, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with relevant development tools and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) is a plus.

Project Management Expertise:

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
