£70,000 - £90,000 p/a + equity in company

I’m seeking engineers who thrive in a startup environment and have a track record of building products from the ground up!
Tasks
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and React.
- Integrate AI and machine learning models into our existing products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Proficient in Python and React or Angular.
- Solid experience with AI and machine learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development processes.
- Experience working in early stage start ups
- Familiarity with cloud services and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or onsite setting.
