Location: Luxembourg

Responsibilities:

• Review project artifacts and implement quality assurance standards defined by the PMO at various stages of the project:
• Kick-off: including project charter, business case, benefits, plan, budget, etc.
• Project Progress: managing change requests, tracking actuals, scope creep, risks, issues, etc.
• Project Closing: ensuring sign-offs and completion of closing documents.
• Ensure compliance with audit trails and deliverables as outlined in procedures.
• Provide analysis, quality assurance, and report to management at the PMO portfolio level.
• Support end-users and onboard project managers to PMO tools and methodologies.
• Gather requirements from project managers and conduct impact analysis on PMO processes when necessary.
• Recommend improvements to operational processes and suggest system enhancements, covering the entire PMO workflow from demand management to project execution and closure.
• Test PMO tools and associated components.
• Log defects and collaborate with technical teams to address them.
• Maintain PMO procedures, documentation templates, training materials, and FAQs.

Profile:

• IT Portfolio Management Office.
• IT Project Management methodologies (PM2, PMP, Prince2, or Agile) — essential.
• Knowledge of Benefit Management — advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Project Professional and MS Project Server — essential.
• Experience with MS SharePoint 2019 or MS SharePoint Online — essential.
• Familiarity with SAP Business Objects reporting — advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Teams.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong command of the English language (minimum C1 proficiency).
