Java Developer

Are you an experienced Java developer looking to make a positive impact on the environment?

One of our clients, a leading renewable energy company in the Utrecht area, is looking for a Java Developer to modernize their Allocation and Reconciliation process. In this role, you will develop customer-focused, secure Java software, manage IT services efficiently, and ensure thorough testing and deployment. You’ll work closely with business teams, product owners, and architects, continuously improving processes, technology, and services.

Skills & Experience:

• Multiple successful project experience as a Java Developer

• Strong knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architecture

• experience with Java 21, Spring Boot, Kafka, PostgreSQL needed

• any experience with MongoDB, Restful, Kubernetes, Argo, Opentelemetry, GitLab is a plus

• Availability to visit On-site in Utrecht Area for onboarding and peak phases.
