Product Manager

Lead the commercial growth of their suite of digital tools that empower their European business partners to offer insurance and protection products to their customers, from initial discovery to launch and continuous optimization.

The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders across various departments (business development, marketing, operations, tech, design)!

Responsibilities:

• Define the vision for your European product area and transform it into reality through close collaboration with stakeholders and your agile squad(s).
• Build business cases and manage the product backlog, prioritizing stories, epics, and themes based on business value and feasibility, ensuring alignment with the product vision and company strategy.
• Leverage your deep understanding of users and technology to craft clear, actionable end-to-end requirements/stories that developers and QA teams easily understand.
• Partner with designers and other stakeholders to ensure your product meets customer needs, utilizing user testing, prototypes, surveys, and user sessions to gather feedback.
• Create and implement go-to-market strategies, ensuring product management, marketing, operations, and sales teams have the resources and support needed for success.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• More than 2 years of experience in the insurance or insurtech industry in Europe.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate to business stakeholders the value of features, the problems they solve, and their benefits for end users
• Skilled in writing clear, comprehensive end-to-end requirements/stories for software developers
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
