AI Product Engineer — Agentic Systems

The role

You will design and build the robust agentic product flows that power our AI renovation consultant, systematically improving its quality and speed.

Your first major challenge will be to architect and implement systems that orchestrate multiple LLM-based agents in parallel during a consultation call. This involves solving for diverse knowledge and latency constraints — ensuring seamless data flow between systems like a quick-response communicator and a deeper, slower understanding agent — all while reducing latency by 10x where it matters most.

You'll have real ownership and plenty of variety. One week you're redesigning a prompt chain and the eval harness, the next you're debating product direction or go-to-market ideas.

Who we are looking for

Must have

• Strong engineering fundamentals and curiosity about how things work under the hood
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered product features
• Ability to set up and run structured experiments to measure and improve LLM flow quality
• Comfort working in an early-stage, fast-changing environment

Extra points

• Building low-latency LLM workflows
• Background in building multi-step agentic flows or complex orchestration
• Prior experience in a domain with messy real-world data (construction, real estate, logistics, etc.)
• Product or UX sensitivity — you care about how things feel, not just how they work
• Prior startup or “zero-to-one” experience
