Our challenge

We are looking for a passionate AI developer to join our team who is familiar with AI and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Mississauga, ON is CAD $125K - CAD$130K/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to extract insights and inform decision-making
• Develop and implement AI and ML models for predictive and prescriptive analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data-driven solutions
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports
• Continuously evaluate and improve data-driven solutions to maximize impact
• Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in AI and data science to drive innovation

Requirements:

You are:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView
• Familiarity with AI and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and machine learning
• Ability to extract insights and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML/Data Science or related field
• Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions with a positive impact

It would be great if you also had:

• Banking/ Financial experience is preferred
