Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Summary -

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer specialized in generative AI to enhance our capabilities in developing advanced AI models, including LLMs (Large Language Models), leveraging frameworks like LangChain and Hugging Face, and other emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML, with specific expertise in fine-tuning pre-trained models, deploying scalable AI solutions, and working with vector databases.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop generative AI models, focusing on natural language processing and understanding.
• Implement and fine-tune LLMs using platforms such as Hugging Face Transformers.
• Explore and integrate advanced AI techniques in areas like LangChain for improved interaction and functionality.
• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient model training and inference systems.
• Work with vector databases to manage, query, and utilize large datasets effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver robust AI solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
• Document and present model development processes, results, and decisions.
  
  

Requirements

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech-CS/IT) or a Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in AI/ML engineering, particularly with generative AI and large language models.
  
  

Candidate Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with LangChain and its applications in AI-driven interactions.
• Proficiency in working with large language models (LLMs) like LLaMA and their fine-tuning for various applications.
• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques for optimizing AI-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with vector databases and their applications in handling large datasets.
• Ability to work with complex data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
