Who we are looking for

Are you eager to delve into research & design and become part of Deloitte Digital?

We are a new type of creative digital consultancy, we combine strategy, technology, and design to identify where businesses need to go and help them get there quickly. Would you like to work alongside leading professionals in a renowned international consulting firm, working on projects for major clients in Poland and globally?

We are looking for people:

• top of the class university student or graduate with competences in areas such as design (UX/UI), IT, management, marketing, psychology, and sociology;
• who are students or graduates in fields like user experience, product design, graphic design (as well as other creative fields), psychology, sociology, philosophy, business and similar degrees;
• who communicate fluently in English and Polish (at least B2);
• with initial experience in user experience and/or product design;
• who would like to make a change in their career towards UX;
• who are open-minded and curious about the world and people;
• who are interested in becoming a full-time team member.
  
  

Your future role

• collaborate with the design team to develop user interfaces and experiences;
• assist in creating design mockups and prototypes for various projects;
• help to conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights;
• participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas;
• help prepare presentations and documentation for design reviews and client meetings;
• update and refine existing design materials based on feedback and new requirements;
• assist in developing wireframes, storyboards, and user flows;
• work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation;
• stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies;

Selection process

• 30 min. HR interview.
• 30 min. interview with manager.
• Task (you will have 3 days to prepare presentation).
