Head of Growth Operations

As the Head of Growth Operations, you will lead and execute the company's growth strategy to drive business development and user growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns and continuously improving and optimizing operational strategies through data analysis and market research. This position requires outstanding leadership and strategic thinking, as well as a deep understanding of the Web 3 cryptocurrency industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the company's regional growth operations team, develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to achieve business objectives and user growth.
• Develop innovative regional marketing plans, including but not limited to content marketing, social media marketing, and brand promotion, to increase brand awareness and user engagement.
• Utilize data analysis and market research to continuously optimize and improve the company's operational strategies, and increase user acquisition and retention rates.
• Identify and establish partnerships with collaborators to expand the company's influence and market share.
• Ensure that the company's operational activities comply with laws and regulations, and adjust strategies in a timely manner to respond to market changes.
• Lead the team, provide guidance and support, and cultivate the professional abilities and leadership of team members.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business administration, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in growth operations or marketing with at least 3 years of experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industries.
• In-depth understanding of the Web 3 cryptocurrency industry, with keen insight into emerging technologies and market trends.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, able to motivate team members and achieve common goals.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to establish good cooperative relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools and market research methods to formulate effective operational strategies based on data.
• Possess innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, able to adapt to rapidly changing market environments and challenges.
• Fluent in both Turkish and English
