Business Analyst

Our agile centralized development teams powered by our on-site senior leadership allow us to work with you as a stand-alone group be it integrating into your in-house dev teams or providing external architectural guidance.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team. This is a funded position through the end of the year, with the potential for long-term impact as part of a multi-year portfolio focused on data interoperability. The successful candidate will play a key role in transitioning users from a legacy internal system to a new, modernized product developed by the client’s internal team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, and a proven ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to understand system requirements, objects/fields, and set up data for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Support the migration of users from the legacy internal system to the client’s new product
• Analyze and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities and project goals
• Develop and execute UAT testing scenarios in collaboration with stakeholders
• Articulate technical requirements to business stakeholders, showcasing the feasibility and capabilities of new platform features
• Create business case documentation, cost-benefit analyses, and justifications for system improvements
• Work closely with a highly technical team to ensure seamless integration and data interoperability
  
  
  

Hard Skills - Must have:

• Strong experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) and SQL is required
• Proven experience in User Story development for technical projects
• Ability to define and execute UAT testing scenarios with stakeholders
  
  
  

Hard Skills - Nice to have/It's a plus:

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), medical provider systems, or credentialing processes is a plus

• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
