Business Analyst

Role Description
We are looking for a talented business analyst to work in the Risk & Finance Technology team. You will be responsible for capturing and supporting delivery of business and / or system requirements to help solve complex business problems. You will work closely with business users and development teams to build best in class risk management & finance solutions.
The Team
Our Risk & Finance Technology team build enterprise scale solutions supporting the Risk and Finance divisions. Working as part of global teams, we leverage a wide range of technologies, working on some of the most important projects. We work in an agile fashion and are always striving to improve our processes, putting a big emphasis on researching new technologies.
Required

• Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Good understanding of financial products, capital markets and/or banking.
• Good relational database/SQL experience.

Preferred

• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Story Creation experience
• SAFe experience ( certifications a plus)
• Experience with work management and collaborative tools such as JIRA, SQL
• Stakeholder Engagement
