UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer with expertise in interface design, usability, and user research to join our team. You will work in an innovative and collaborative environment. 💼

What We Are Looking For:

• Design low-level interfaces (wireframes) and high-level interfaces.
• Produce navigable prototypes, navigation flows, page architecture, and navigation models.
• Support projects and applications, ensuring alignment with development teams.
• Present results and conclusions from user interviews, focus group sessions, ideation, or problem deconstruction sessions.

Must Have:

🏆 Mastery of interface design tools, creation of prototypes, navigation flow maps, and decision trees in Figma or InVision

📚 Experience in conducting user interviews, focus group sessions, and collecting usage data to support decisions

🛠️ Ability to facilitate ideation or problem deconstruction sessions

📖 Experience in handing over projects to development teams

🗣️ Ability to understand technical limitations and adapt design proposals

📚 Certifications or training in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Design Thinking, Service Design, UX (usability), or Research

Years of Experience:

• Up to 7 years of experience in the relevant business area
