Project Manager

Role Description:

The Project Manager will be responsible for conducting a pre-study analysis regarding changes in the Meter-to-Cash process, considering existing systems, regulatory frameworks, and technological advancements. The role involves engaging with stakeholders across IT and Business divisions to establish the target state, develop a change strategy, and prepare a business case for execution.

The Project Manager will also be responsible for planning resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, coordinating inter-team alignments, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the program. The ideal candidate should be adept at balancing time, budget, and quality while effectively managing project resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a pre-study analysis for the Meter-to-Cash process.
• Assess current systems, regulatory frameworks, and technological advancements.
• Engage with IT and Business stakeholders to define the target picture and change strategy.
• Develop a business case and implementation roadmap.
• Plan, allocate, and secure project resources.
• Prepare and manage project budgets.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
• Align inter-team activities to streamline execution.
• Ensure smooth coordination between IT and Business Units.
• Travel as required to facilitate collaboration and project execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (both languages are mandatory).
• Proven experience in the energy market.
• Expertise in:
• Stakeholder management
• Time and scope management
• Resource efficiency
• Risk and issue management
• Pre-study coordination (including business case preparation)
• High-level architecture understanding
• Must be a Swedish citizen or have been a resident in Sweden for at least five years.
• Experience working in cross-European project teams and large organizations.
• Proven ability to interface between technical and business stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly understand new business processes, requirements, and technologies.
• Structured approach with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
• University degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Project Management certification (mandatory).

Additional Information:

• Collaboration will primarily be conducted online, with occasional travel required.
• The role requires seamless coordination between IT and Business stakeholders.
• The candidate should be comfortable navigating complex projects within large organizations.
