Technical Product Owners needed to support MARS Transformation initiative with existing Scrum Team - Feature/Capability Development team in Toronto, ON

• Work with product managers and engineers to understand and prioritize product features across platforms/products
• Translate and communicate product roadmap into a product backlog of well-defined features and user stories with the appropriate acceptance criteria.
• Review existing products and workflows for modernization opportunities.
• Use analytical abilities and strategic perspective to identify trends & recommend solutions that will help improve user experience
• Communicate and build consensus across multiple departments and partners in creating the software product and platform requirements.
• Partner with other product and technology teams to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions
• Ensure that the appropriate tracking and reporting is in place to monitor performance post launch to evaluate future investment.
• Perform Demos with key team members to demonstrate success and metrics of improvement.
