Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for various types of digital products
  • Optimize PowerPoint presentations for clarity and visual impact: Enhance existing slide decks by improving layout, flow, and design consistency, ensuring effective communication of key messages through user-centered design principles.
  • Design and develop engaging newsletter templates: Create visually appealing and user-friendly newsletter formats that align with brand guidelines, focusing on clear messaging and optimal user engagement across different devices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on designs based on feedback.
  • Develop a consistent visual language and design system that aligns with the team's brand
  • Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
  • Design interactive elements and ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement and refine interactive components.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design choices.
  • Iterate on designs based on usability test results and user feedback.
  • Work closely with product stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with project goals.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Product design/UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining design systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our users.
