Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing, screening, and managing hiring drives
  • Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit
  • Maintaining proper recruitment/hiring reports
  • Facilitate onboarding activities, ensuring new hires have smooth onboarding experience
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Coordinate with central HR Ops and admin team to ensure smooth employee onboarding
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, offering guidance and solutions for day-to-day concerns
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture

What we are looking for :

  • Proven experience (0-3 years) in HR coordination and recruitment.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data management and reporting, along with excellent presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using Job Portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Location - Bangalore
