We are looking for a highly skilled IT PROJECT MANAGER with expertise in reverse engineering and a strong background in managing teams and delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and deconstructing existing systems, understanding legacy integrations, and produce technical documentations.
The Candidate will manage a team of developers, enforce best practices, and oversee rigorous testing processes to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of testing, research, and implementation of new tools and techniques
- Coordinate project schedules
- Identify and resolve technical challenges
- Analyze and deconstruct legacy systems and integrations to understand functionality and dependencies.
- Document existing workflows, processes, and system architecture for redesign and migration.
- Provide recommendations to modernize and optimize integration architectures..
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and DevOps.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and ensure smooth handovers for ongoing support.
- Work closely with QA teams to validate solutions and resolve defects promptly.
Qualifications
- IT Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven project management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- English B2 Level min.
