Project Manager IT

We are looking for a highly skilled IT PROJECT MANAGER with expertise in reverse engineering and a strong background in managing teams and delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and deconstructing existing systems, understanding legacy integrations, and produce technical documentations.

The Candidate will manage a team of developers, enforce best practices, and oversee rigorous testing processes to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of testing, research, and implementation of new tools and techniques
• Coordinate project schedules
• Identify and resolve technical challenges
• Analyze and deconstruct legacy systems and integrations to understand functionality and dependencies.
• Document existing workflows, processes, and system architecture for redesign and migration.
• Provide recommendations to modernize and optimize integration architectures..
• Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and DevOps.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and ensure smooth handovers for ongoing support.
• Work closely with QA teams to validate solutions and resolve defects promptly.

Qualifications

• IT Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proven project management experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
• English B2 Level min.
