Agile Project Manager

The Role:
This Government Agency is seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage a transformation project that will review legacy applications and migrate them over to a newer service, which will be Salesforce.

The Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the delivery of small and medium scale projects and is accountable for active management with the Product Owner, Scrum Team and governance environment of resources, budget, risks, issues and schedule within agreed tolerances.
• Establish the required mechanisms required to support project governance and ensures that the relevant information is provided to decision makers in a timely manner.
• Provide authoritative subject matter professional advice and leadership in agile practice, to the CIO, ITS executive, business unit leaders and cross-functional teams leading compliance and benefits realisation.
• Delivers hands-on coaching of individual scrum teams in all aspects of scrum - daily meetings, planning, self-organization, collaboration, iterative development, etc.
• Monitor and report on the progress of projects, using approved tools, templates and processes to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with agreed standards, methods and procedures.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 7 years' experience specialising as a Project Manager & Scrum Master.
• Prior experience and knowledge in Salesforce classic or lightning is essential.
• Being certified and having prior experience in delivering Agile, SAFe and Scrum methodologies are essential.
• Ability to effectively communicate, present and report to senior management is essential.
• Public Sector experience is essential.
