Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Red Team Leader in real-network offensive and defensive exercises.
• Conduct advanced technical research and implement defense bypass techniques in real-world scenarios.
• Provide recommendations for improving cybersecurity defense systems.
• Perform covert penetration testing to access critical systems under secure conditions.
• Develop and deploy innovative methodologies to enhance cybersecurity practices.

Requirements:

• Strong learning ability, communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
• Expertise in at least two technical areas, such as cloud environment penetration, internal domain penetration, code auditing, bypass techniques, mobile security, or OT security.
• Proficiency in web offensive and defensive techniques, asset collection, vulnerability exploitation, and defense bypassing.
• Demonstrated experience in covert operations with strong anti-tracing capabilities.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Python, Shell, and Java.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Red Team operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven success in medium to large-scale cybersecurity projects.
• In-depth understanding of APT (Advanced Persistent Threat) attacks.
• High-quality contributions to vulnerability research or technical innovation.
