EMEA Recruitment is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our manufacturing client's dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the workforce and ensuring compliance with Swiss labor laws.
This is a brand new position has been created to support the client's growth and market expansion!
Key Responsibilities of the HR Assistant:
- Provide HR support across the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and management, addressing HR-related queries and concerns
- Support payroll processes in collaboration with external providers
- Manage employee records and HR documentation accurately
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that align with business objectives
Key requirements:
- Proven experience in HR, ideally within manufacturing or production environments.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and HR best practices.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
