Scrum Master | €75K - €85K | Utrecht (Hybrid)

The challenge

Do you like to work with network/infrastructure teams as a scrum master? Then this challenge is absolutely yours. You will be responsible for two DevOps teams as a scrum master. You will work together with another scrum master who facilitates the other 3 teams within the network division.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Remove impediments and obstacles for the team
• Coach and mentor the teams
• Keep & promote a positive and efficient work atmosphere

Your expertise

• Scrum master experience, in a DevOps environment
• Experience with Scaled agile framework
• Good communication skills
• CSM or other agile certifications
• Experience with Azure DevOps Board tool

It's a bonus if you have:

• Experience within the financial services industry
• Experience within Infrastructure / network teams
• Experience with off-shore team members

What can you expect?

• Long-term contracting role
• Hybrid work model: 1 or 2 days per week on site
• Location: Utrecht
• Salary: a gross yearly salary between €60.000,- / €77.000,- including holiday allowance & 13th month
