This is a highly collaborative role for a Senior, UX-savvy designer, who enjoys orchestrating our cross-functional teams towards delivering simple, beautiful, enjoyable, and engaging experiences for our users.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Partner with product managers and designers to identify key user problems and pursue new ideas.
• Drive the design process from concept to final UI, prioritizing UX and creating UI designs with support from our design system.
• Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team environment.
• Develop user journey maps, flows, and prototypes, and run workshops to communicate the end-to-end user experience.
• Revise designs based on user feedback, A/B testing, and business results.
• Work with marketing, growth, and monetization teams to ensure a seamless user journey from ads to the app store and product experience.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have several years of UX design experience, including mobile apps and digital products, with a solid understanding of iOS, Android, and web design conventions.
• You excel at addressing design challenges conceptually and refining user journeys into engaging experiences.
• You have led complex projects with multiple stakeholders and mentored junior designers, adapting to changing priorities in agile environments.
• You're a skilled communicator who involves team members, explains design choices, and adapts based on feedback.
• You simplify complex problems using user-centered design, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and mobile-first principles.
• You stay updated on design trends and are proficient with Figma.
