Venture Capital Analyst

Our Client, Venture Capital firm is looking for an Analyst. You will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and supporting high-potential early-stage companies. You’ll work closely with the investment team, conduct market research, analyze business models, and support portfolio companies in their growth journey.

What You’ll Do

• Source and evaluate investment opportunities in the venture capital space
• Conduct market research and due diligence on startups and emerging sectors
• Assist in financial modeling, deal structuring, and investment analysis
• Support portfolio companies with strategic initiatives and operational improvements
• Monitor industry trends and build relationships within the startup ecosystem

Key Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, consulting, or a startup environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and business evaluation
• Passion for startups, innovation, and emerging technologies
• Excellent communication skills in English (Italian is a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
