Senior Project Manager

• Location: Amsterdam (1 day a week in the office)
• Duration: 9 month contract
• Rate: €114 per hour (40 hours/week)

The Role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take the lead on large-scale projects, working with cross-functional teams to drive business value from start to finish. You’ll engage with senior stakeholders, implement agile methodologies, and guide projects through their lifecycle—from scoping and planning to execution and completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven project management background and a knack for driving change in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead End-to-End Project Delivery: Take full ownership of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and deliver significant value.
• Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Management: Work with senior stakeholders to define project objectives, KPIs, and success criteria, keeping everyone aligned throughout the project.
• Project Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, managing risks and resolving issues as they arise.
• Change Management: Lead change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new solutions across the business.
• Facilitate Collaboration: Conduct workshops, meetings, and status updates to ensure cross-team collaboration and effective project tracking.
• Governance & Reporting: Ensure robust project governance, maintain high standards of communication, and provide regular updates on progress to senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 8+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on large-scale and cross-functional projects. Experience in Agile Project Management is highly preferred.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges and devise practical solutions.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
